Therapy for analytical and creative minds.
A safe, thoughtful space where you can be yourself, explore what matters to you, and achieve your potential.
About me
I am a UKCP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute. Working in Brighton & Hove and online, my practice is built on a simple foundation: you deserve a safe, non-judgmental space where you can let your guard down, drop the pressure to conform, and be truly understood.
I offer individual therapy for adults, and many of the clients I work with identify as neurodivergent and work within creative or tech industries. I specialise in offering an adaptable, affirming, and mindful space that respects the unique way your mind works and the distinct path you are on.
A collaborative approach to your wellbeing
No two people experience life, anxiety, depression, grief or trauma in the exact same way. Whatever you are carrying, whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing a busy mind, or simply feeling disconnected, your story deserves to be heard on your own terms.
As a person-centred therapist, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I provide a collaborative, respectful space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, without judgment.
I work with clients navigating many different challenges, including:
Anxiety & overwhelm
Burnout & perfectionism
Depression & low mood
Phobias & intrusive thoughts
Childhood trauma
Oncology & illness support
Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you find a way forward that feels authentic.
Ready to talk?
Reaching out can take a lot of courage, and there is absolutely no pressure to have everything figured out before you write to me. Our first step is a free, 15-minute video call. This is simply a chance for us to meet, see how it feels to talk, and decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Please use the contact form to share a few brief details. You don't need to write your whole story; just providing the times you’re available for a call is enough.
What happens next: I will reply via email within 48 hours (excluding weekends) with potential times for our video call.
